Ozuo Sour

Ingredients

  • 110 ml Ouzo
  • 25 ml Water*
  • 4 tsp Caster Sugar* * or you can use simple syrup instead of creating your own
  • 25 ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 25 ml OGGS Aquafaba
  • few drops of bitters

Instructions

  • If you do not have simple syrup to hand, put your sugar in a small pan and pour the water over it. Bring this pan to a boil, stirring gently, and simmer for about 1 minute - until the sugars have dissolved.
  • Once dissolved, add lime juice and set aside to cool. Once cool, add to your shaker.
  • Pour your Ouzo into your shaker, followed by your OGGS Aquafaba and 5 or 6 ice cubes. Shake this mixture hard for 30 seconds, with the lid on of course!
  • Fill two small tumblers with ice cubes. Strain drink into the sour evenly over the two classes. It should be nice and foamy!
  • Add a few drops of bitters into each glass and a lime to garnish!
