Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees C
Chop up your pineapple and place two cups into a mixing bowl
Slice your bell pepper and add it to your bowl
Slice your red onion and add it to your bowl
Add one cup of your favorite BBQ sauce and mix
Place this mix into the bottom of your QBAG (or, alternatively, make a tin foil pouch and place this mix at the bottom)
Coat chicken breasts in 1 cup BBQ sauce
Add chicken breasts to the top of your veggie/fruit mixture
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Check chicken to ensure it's cooked all the way.
