Add a splash of olive oil into a pan and heat it on medium heat. Add in your ground turkey, onion and bell pepper.
Fry until cooked fully, then drain off any liquid in the pan.
Add in all of the other ingredients (apart from salt and pepper) and stir together. Cook for 30 minutes until reduced.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Assembly
Toast your pita lightly, then cut it open.
Add in some spoonfuls of your Sloppy Jane mix, some tomato slices and some lettuce.
Notes
For Hannah Hart's Sloppy Jane mix, she just uses canned turkey chili, but we decided to make our own from scratch by making a sloppy joe mix but putting in turkey meat instead of beef.
