In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Add in sugars, vanilla, pumpkin puree, eggs, melted butter and milk.
Wisk until well combined.
Set batter aside for 5 minutes.
Pre-heat a non-stick pan with a bit of butter.
Using a big spoon or ladle in enough to form your pancake.
Once you see bubbles on the top of the pancake, flip for a few more minutes.
Serve with whatever toppings you like.
