Breaded Sesame Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 4 tbsp Italian Herbs
  • Olive Oil to drizzle

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C
  • Cut your chicken breasts into strips.
  • Wisk your eggs together in a bowl and add a splash of water to them.
  • Process your oats in a food processor for about 15 seconds. Then mix on a plate with sesame seeds and Italian herbs.
  • Dip your chicken strips in the egg mixture, then into the oat mixture to coat.
  • Place them on a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the over for 35 minutes, turning about halfway through.
