Breaded Sesame Chicken Strips

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees C
Cut your chicken breasts into strips.
Wisk your eggs together in a bowl and add a splash of water to them.
Process your oats in a food processor for about 15 seconds. Then mix on a plate with sesame seeds and Italian herbs.
Dip your chicken strips in the egg mixture, then into the oat mixture to coat.
Place them on a lined baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the over for 35 minutes, turning about halfway through.
