Butter the inside of your slow cooker so that nothing sticks.
Add in your milk, water, oats, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally if you can.
In the last 10 minutes of cooking, turn your crock pot down to warm and add in your blueberries and coconuts.
Serve, topping with either more maple syrup or ice cream
