Blueberry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Butter for greasing
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Water
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup plus extra, for topping
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Blueberries frozen works too
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  • Butter the inside of your slow cooker so that nothing sticks.
  • Add in your milk, water, oats, sugar, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours, stirring occasionally if you can.
  • In the last 10 minutes of cooking, turn your crock pot down to warm and add in your blueberries and coconuts.
  • Serve, topping with either more maple syrup or ice cream
