[Ad- gifted product] Baby Shark is a sort of strange, viral song that everyone in the entire world knows, even if they don’t want too. I do not think Robin actually is the age of toddlers who know the baby shark song, but she does in fact know the song anyway, and is always excited to try out new video games! We’ve got quite a few rhythm based games that she enjoys playing as well, so we jumped on the chance. Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party game is a console and PC game that has a lot of music!
All of the shark family is making their way to a big music festival. In between each of the levels of gameplay, there are different cut scenes which showcase this adventure. The sharks all have their own voices, and these micro moments add a lot of charm and character to the game, as you learn about what the baby shark family is up too. When it comes to the games themselves, there are two major mini-games that rotate for each level.
The first mini-game that we got to play was the sound based game, where you need to tap or hold down a button on the beat, depending on which shows up at the bottom of the screen. The visuals for this showed what button to push exactly, so there wasn’t some sort of color you needed to remember for one button or something like that. There also is only one display of what to push, even if you have four people playing. I found this to be a great way to do rhythm games for younger people, as it is far less to focus on!
The other mini-game is a sort of dodge and avoid, allowing your character to move left and right, as well as jump, looking to avoid specific fish, catch stars and collect cards. All of the players are n the screen at the same time and can bump into each other, which makes this a little challenging and chaotic, but very fun. Throughout the game, the backgrounds change, the songs shift and there are different fish to dodge! It’s not just the Baby Shark song in Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party, so don’t worry about hearing the same song a million times. There is actually a song about looking for Baby Shark’s tail, which talks about how sea dragons use their tail to incubate the eggs – which Dann and Robin found to be really funny.
As you play the mini-games, all players are working towards a shared goal, which are these happy stars at the top. If your little one cannot connect any notes or is constantly hitting fish, it doesn’t matter, as you can easily just bump up the total score, so they feel great. This sort of thing really makes children’s games more fun, as everyone wins instead of seeing how much better their sibling might be compared to them. You can also collect cute stickers for your sticker book, cards for your card book, and most excitingly; outfits for your sharks to wear. There is also a sing along screen where you can read the words to the song and sing with the sharks too.
Robin enjoyed Baby Shark: Sing & Swim Party far more than I thought she would. I honestly felt that this game might be a bit too young for her, but she dived right in and really enjoyed singing along to the music. The rhythm based levels were quite fun and easy to follow and the length of each level felt just right. It’s an easy game to allow your child to play!
This is great, do do do-do-do-do! This is great! I think any little one would love this.

Looks like a really fun game for the little ones. It’s nice having interactive learning games! Totally cute and reminds me of the games I grew up on like Freddie the Fish haha
Sounds like a fin-tastic adventure with the baby shark family! 🦈🎶 The mix of gameplay and charming cut scenes adds so much fun and character to the game. And the simplified rhythm game is perfect for younger players. Can’t wait to dive into this oceanic journey!” 🌊🎮 #BabySharkGame #GamingFun #FamilyAdventure
I know every kid loves it, but tbh I am tired of this song in 2020 24*7 this would play in my house. This one looks lovely and fun, perfect for family but I am so terrified of it.
