When it comes to trying out new places to eat, Dann and I are always excited! At the very back of the town centre in Harlow, Brinchi Steakhouse has opened in this year. This isn’t the most pleasant part of the town, with parking being primarily at the other side towards the Water Gardens, but it’s well worth the walk! Brinchi Steakhouse has an interesting menu, containing pasta, pizza, Turkish food and of course, lots of steak and beef-based dishes. Dann and I went on a random Sunday for a massive lunch, where the staff were very welcoming.
Special Red Beetroot & Beef Carpaccio

We started off with, well, starters! Opting for the cold starters off of this massive menu (instead of the hot starters) I got the Special Red Beetroot, which is a sort of creamy dip with beat root, cheese, tomatoes, and rocket. It’s very fresh tasking, and along with their crispy bread that they brought to the table, it was fantastic. I really liked how punchy the flavors were, with the beets tasting slightly pickled. Dann, a fan of raw beef, dived into the beef carpaccio. This beef was paper thin, but there was tons of it. The topping had pickled red onion, pickles, and parm – so a bunch of strong flavors. I had a few bites and really enjoyed it as well.
Saltimbocca Passion & Costolette di Manzo

When it comes to our mains, I sort of struggled with the menu. I got the Saltimbocca Passion, which was thinly sliced beef, wrapped around a cheese (maybe halloumi?) on a bunch of mashed potatoes with gravy and vegetables. On the menu, this did not mention cheese and did mention coming with mushrooms, which was slightly confusing to me. The steak itself was very flavorful and well cooked. I really liked the gravy and the vegetables were fantastic. The mash potatoes themselves were a very strange texture – maybe blended? – so quite goopy, but had a good amount of seasoning. Dann got the Costolette di Manzo, which was a fall off the bone beef rib! His dish had a beet root risotto, which Dann said was very well seasoned and flavorful, along with some veggies that were well cooked.
Bread and Lemonade

We both got the home made lemonade to drink, which was very interesting! It tasted like blitzed up lemons with sugar and water, very tart, which Dann loved. The bread that came out for the table was a variety of different cuts and thicknesses and the butter had seasoning, which was a nice touch. Dann also grabbed a beer later on in our meal, which he also enjoyed.

Overall, the staff were very kind and it’s clear they are looking to open a successful restaurant with a lot of love behind it. The food was well cooked, fancy, and would make for a good anniversary or date night. The meat there is incredible and the giant meat fridge is an interesting piece in the dinning room. Brinchi Steakhouse has a lot of unique menu items, including beef and parm sushi. I would recommend using the online menu, as they have AR mode that Dann was obsessed with, but more importantly, you can see what the items look like! There is generally a lot on the menu, but what we tried, we both really enjoyed.
The food looks amazing, this is definitely the type of restaurant myself and my husband used to love going to. I do love to visit restaurants following reviews and recommendations
Holy. Cow. The steak and gravy with asparagus looks absolutely fantastic. I can already tell it was a great place.
Oh wow, they’ve got presentation down to a T. I do love to go out and be absolutely fed like royalty every now and again. 🙂
The Saltimbocca Passion looks out of this world…I am literally drooling. I would love to check out brinchi steakhouse.
Give me a nice juicy medium rare steak any day with a veggie. Yummy!
Sounds like you had a great experience at Brinchi Steakhouse. The variety on the menu and the attention to detail with flavors make it sound like a spot I would like to check out.
I’d have definitely been a bit confused about your dish. But it does sound tasty. Although definitely a fancier sort of menu than I’m used to at a steakhouse haha x
Brinchi Steakhouse looks like an awesome spot to try a terrific stake with my family. Thanks for this wonderful recommendation!
The butter with the seasoning is interesting, and very visually appealing. The Special Red Beetroot also sounds quite interesting. I am a vegetarian so I don’t usually go to steakhouses; however they usually do have some vegetarian options and this sounds nice.
These dishes look like such great meals, I love steakhouses. I’d love to visit this place sometime with my family and enjoy the menu!
