Love Corn Snacks – Perfect for Packed Lunches

[Ad- gifted product] We’ve been fans of the corn snack Love Corn for quite some time now, so we were delighted when we saw that they are now doing smaller, travel-sized packs, along with a new flavor to try out! Midweek Meal Inspo; Meatballs, Some Curry Dishes, Sweet Potato Nachos and More

This week we played around with sweet potato, as this was one of our highlighted ingredients. I have been cutting down on my meat consumption, having alternative versions of a lot of the dinners that I have been making, so there are more meat-free options than their have been in previous weeks. We do have our best Halloween Lunchbox ideas and a list of Easy Spooky Halloween Treats, if you are looking for more inspo.

Midweek Meal Inspo; Spanish Tortilla, Chicken Carbonara, Greek Chicken and more.

We are full of energy this week, cooking up quite a few old favorites and new dishes to enjoy. Kai has been eating quite differently lately, with an increase in his calories, which has opened up the door for different meals. I have been enjoying my new pan set in the kitchen as well, which is always a plus. We’ve got some pasta this week, some meals that could easily be vegetarian, and some fun ways to add veggies to meals.
