[Ad- gifted experience] At the end of each year, Robin’s school has a massive, all classes trip where everyone in the school goes together to have a big, end of year experience. This is the second year that Dann and I both have been accepted as volunteers, welcome to enjoy the trip and day with Robin! It’s so much fun to get a day just with her and to see her interact with all of her school friends. She’s such a kind individual, and that really comes out when she’s in her school element. This year, the trip was to Colchester Castle Museum, which started outside the museum at the park.
August was a month of summer holiday, vacations, work trips, and so many visits with friends! We did our normal going out to Pokemon Go often, having people over far too much, and enjoying the sunshine. I do very much love the times that everyone is off school, especially when we have so much planned! At the end of the month, there were a few birthdays sprinkled in, so a lot to celebrate and enjoy. This post is a part of Project 365, where a bunch of bloggers take a photo every single day of the year, sharing a bit about their life. Some post weekly, some post monthly like me, and so post daily. You can check out a bunch of other bloggers who are taking part in this challenge at the end of this blog post.
August 1st – Off to the Beach
Today, we all really wanted to go to the beach! There is a Pokemon event happening that requires the seaside, which is a bonus, so I packed up lunch and we headed out in the afternoon. When we arrived, I set up our large beach blanket, which Dann just got, and it’s fantastic, then set out our food to enjoy. It was a pasta salad lunch, before we started looking for sea glass. Amelia is really interested in finding sea glass, and we got a huge container full today as there was just so many! Once she had her full of the sea glass and Robin was done playing in the sand, we were all ready to head to the arcade. There are lots of arcade at Southend-by-Sea, so we picked one and started exploring. Kai and Dann do a lot of the racing games while Robin, Amelia and I rushed around trying to earn tickets. We ended up with nearly 1500 tickets, so plenty to grab a bunch of prizes, before getting ice cream and heading home. Kai then went to the gym, we had dinner, and then hung out in the evening, playing Lambada with the girls before bed.
In today’s beauty world, it’s easy to feel tempted by products that promise fast transformations. From overnight masks to powerful chemical peels, many treatments focus on speed rather than balance. But for people with delicate skin or those who simply prefer a steady, sustainable approach, gentle care routines offer long-term benefits without unnecessary stress.
Harsh treatments may deliver quick changes, but they often increase sensitivity, dryness, or irritation. On the other hand, softer routines focus on nourishment, repair, and gradual improvement. They allow skin and hair to recover and thrive in a natural rhythm, which is why so many dermatologists and beauty experts recommend them as the foundation of any daily regimen.
Since you are reading this post you are probably a long-term football fan, and for you this beautiful sport is more than just glorious nights and memories made in the company of friends and family. Football, for many, is a way of life, a part of our personality and it’s probably one of the most defining features of our way of living. Can you imagine life without supporting your favourite team? To stay one day without thinking about the Nerazzurri? To go one month without visiting Stadio Giuseppe Meazza? Probably you can’t. Which means you are a true fan of Inter Milano, and you should celebrate this by purchasing an Inter Milan away kit.
Going for an Inter Milan away kit can be a fantastic way to show to other supporters the love and admiration you have for the black and blue colours and to celebrate the glorious history of this club. But you should also take into consideration the practical aspects. Football kits are versatile clothing pieces that can be utilised both for informal meetings with friends and family, as well as for sports activities, working out at the gym, or doing housework.
