Pancake is not an outdoor cat and instead lives inside our house. He is a coward, afraid of the outside world, so he doesn’t really walk into the backyard and if the door is open, he’d much rather stay inside and look out. With that said, out front, he does walk out onto the path to our door and meows at the birds or eats at the grass out there, before running inside if he can’t see a human. Pancake doesn’t love being outside, but sometimes does spend 2 or 3 minutes, supervised, before coming back in. As he seemed to mainly want to eat grass, we figured we’d grow some cat grass for him!

During the summer holiday, we wanted to make the most of it, so our family and my friend’s family went together to Chessington World of Adventure – a theme park and zoo that’s quite fun for the whole family and has so much to see, it would take several visits to view it all.
