1. Have a Wild Cooking Experiment
Sometimes, the best way to beat boredom is to use the thighs you have right under your nose, and we all have food in the cupboards, right? The key is to not simply boredom eat Pringles like it’s your last meal, and to get up and check out what you have in the spice rack instead. Try experimenting with different flavours and textures, and whip up something you might not have thought about eating before, and…well, you won’t be bored for long.
