Eating Classic Burgers at Buns Bros

When walking around Southend, we are always looking for a food place that catches our eyes. The outside of Buns Bros, before it opens, is actually a PokeStop in Pokemon Go, as the artwork is so fantastic. This, eventually, led us to eating there one afternoon when we wanted a lunch. Buns Bros is a sort of hole-in-the-wall place, like many of the small units along this side of Southend, that has a few tables outside and a few inside, along with a small window to order food at.

Enjoying Matilda the Musical at Cambridge Theatre

We have been known to very much enjoy a trip to the theatre, but occasionally we book up the larger productions that have their own set theatre in London. Using the Kid’s Theatre Week discount, a few years back, we saw Wicked the Musical. Since then, Amelia has asked about seeing Matilda the Musical in London. Foil Fun Up in Space Set – Great Screen-free Activity

[Ad- gifted product] Having a few screen-free activities in your bag, especially during the summer holidays, is always a must! When we go on holiday, we always pack a few things for Robin to do in the morning, before her teenage siblings get up, as she doesn’t have a working phone and has limited screentime on WIFI. What Are Your Options If You Can’t Access Addiction Recovery Support In Person?

Accessing addiction recovery support is a critical step for anyone striving to overcome substance use disorders. Traditional in-person programs, such as outpatient therapy, group meetings, and residential treatment centers, have long been the cornerstone of recovery. However, for many people, attending these sessions in person is not always possible. Barriers such as geographic limitations, transportation issues, demanding work schedules, health concerns, or personal responsibilities can make in-person support challenging. Fortunately, there are multiple alternatives that can provide effective help for those unable to attend face-to-face programs.

Teletherapy and Online Counseling

Online therapy has grown in popularity and accessibility over the past decade. Licensed therapists can now provide individual counseling sessions through secure video calls, phone conversations, or even text-based platforms. Teletherapy offers flexibility, allowing individuals to schedule appointments at convenient times and from the comfort of their homes. While it may not replicate the energy of a physical group session, teletherapy provides professional guidance, accountability, and the opportunity to develop coping strategies in real-time.

How to Make Your Wedding Less Expensive

There are plenty of ways that you don’t have to pay through the nose for your wedding. Here are just a few of them.

Don’t Pay for an Open Bar

Though paying for an open bar for your guests may feel like a nice gesture, there is no doubt that it is an expense that is going to mount up quickly. If you still want to offer drinks, you could limit the selection to beer and wine. Some venues will even allow you to stock your own alcohol, which will be a big money-saver. Search for the nearest discount liquor store in your area and go crazy! Remember, you are always better overestimating the amount of booze that you need. You don’t want to be remembered for hosting the wedding that ran out of alcohol. You can always take home whatever is left over.
