5 Things to Think about as your Cat Gets Older

[Ad- collab] Now, don’t get me wrong. Pancake is still a little tiny cat in my eyes. As it turns out, I am not actually that wrong, as their aging can be different from breed to breed. Pancake is a purebred – something neither Dann nor myself had ever been able to get before. Purebreds are often considered a junior pet for a little bit longer, which is pretty cool, but most cats are deemed ‘senior’ from anywhere between age 7 and 11.

As Pancake gets older, there are lots of things we want to keep in mind and consider, as time flies and accommodating your pet all through their life is something we aim to do ourselves. There are a lot of different things to think about and look for as your cat ages, to make sure they do get the most out of their lives and enjoy a full life themselves. It’s good to fully understand what an older pet will look like, even if you get a kitten, as hopefully you will have your cat long into their old age.

6 Ways to Up Your Hot Chocolate

[Ad- gifted product] When Tru Bamboo introduced us to the Tru Bamboo Tumbler, we were excited to see how it could upgrade our hot chocolate. This tumbler has a separate tea strainer, which you can fill with tea leaves, and screw shut, placing it into the tumbler where it fits tightly into the top portion of the bottle. From there, you could fill the tumbler up with hot water to have your tea brew. Now, in the wintertime, I am all for hot chocolate – not so much tea – so we used this cool tea strainer bit to infuse the hot chocolate in the tumbler with our own flavors! Some people have resisted this movement, becoming more ‘maximalist’ than ever, but many appear to have embraced the ethos that less truly is more.

With this mindset, we’re going to look at silverware – something which is typically regarded as being out-dated – and explore how it can be utilised in the modern world.

Candlesticks

Candles are one thing that definitely hasn’t suffered from the movement towards minimalism. There never seems to be enough candles, in fact. Which makes it reasonable that candlesticks have a long life ahead of them yet. Silver candlesticks are a versatile form of silverware, as they match most styles and colours. Although some people may think that candlesticks are large and intrusive, there is in fact an enormous range of styles and sizes to choose from when it comes to candlesticks. If you like a romantic dinner or a luscious bath time, don’t rule candlesticks out of your life.

Christmas is on it’s way in, Christmas trees can be picked up and brought home now – adding a new and festive decoration to your house. Christmas trees are normally quite a large decoration, one that takes up a lot of floor space and room space in your home. We Completed Blogtober!

At the start of the month, both of us decided to do Blogtober. This was a big challenge, and to make things a bit different, we were only counting Halloween or Autumn-themed posts. This resulted in some days having more than one post, but we now have a lot of cool seasonal content that will be fun to update and share next year! With today being the last day, we wanted to take the time to celebrate some of the posts we both really loved this month.
