[Ad- gifted product] Our family are big fans of board games, often playing them once a week. When we saw that Wicked Uncle had selected Go Genius World as one of their featured toys for Christmas, we knew that our family would enjoy it! This is a board game all about geography and learning, with a few different twists so that younger ones can get involved.

Go Genius World is very simple to set up and play. There is one board, that folds out, and four decks of cards that go on it. Three of those decks of cards are question cards, with different point levels on them. The other is a forfeit card deck, which is actions that need to be done around the room. There are also four meeples and two dice, both of which are made of wood. On your turn, you roll the two dice and then move your character that many spaces. This will tell you what card you will end up doing.

Another player will read the question out along with the multiple choice questions. You can then say your answer, and if it’s correct, you get to keep the card. There is a way to play where you are allowing younger children to pick which point range their cards are in, instead of following the board, which can help young ones to adapt to the game. Go Genius World also comes with a passport and stickers, so that the winner can be documented in this passport! It’s a cute idea.

Robin and Amelia both played the board game with me, where they were stumped by some of the questions and curious about the others! It’s such a casual and fun way to add a bit of learning into your household, in terms of a game, and the questions do have a good variety! It’s a lovely board games for those interested in geography or parents who want to encourage knowledge in their home.

I love how Go Genius World makes geography fun and interactive, especially with the passport stickers that turn learning into a playful achievement.

I like the fact they can learn while playing, I find schools downplay geography these days so they need some extra knowledge
I love interactive learning games and tools like this. It’s a great way to actually get kids excited about learning instead of running for the hills.
It does sound like a great way to learn some geography facts. Always a bonus when the kids can learn through playing a game.

It is super and just right for the whole family to play and the children to learn so much while having fun.
Any game that encourages learning about the world is good to me as a retired Geography teacher!
It’s surprising how much children can learn from fun, colourful games like this one. They’re great for children as they grow out of the need to play games of chance and begin playing games of skill and strategy.
