[Ad- gifted products] We use a ton of bath bombs in our household! Robin is the biggest bath bomb user, but Amelia and I often grab a bath bomb here and there when wanting to pamper ourselves. When Mia Venus reached out, looking for reviews of their handcrafted bath bombs, I was pretty excited to check them out! I love a good, handmade bath bomb to try out.
Popstar Series
Mai Venus has a Popstar Series collection of bath bombs, which are inspired by singers who are currently trending. As we all are Taylor Swift fans, the lavender Haze Swiftie Bath Bomb felt like it would fit right in. Amelia choose this bath bomb for her bath, and really loved the smell. Both her and I are a big fan of lavender and this bath bomb had a fantastic scent. The word Swiftie on the front didn’t dissolve along with the bomb itself, instead taking more time, but it was a really enjoyable bath bomb that turned the bath a light purple color. My understanding of the website states there should have been a Swiftie necklace within the bomb, but there wasn’t one in ours, which would make this an extremely pricy bath bomb without it!
Affirmation Bath Bomb “Love” Message
Affirmations are becoming extremely popular, so it’s neat to see that Mai Venus has a Bath Bomb with the word Love on it. This is done in the same style as the Swiftie bomb, with the word Love printed on a dissolvable paper, which does dissolve slowly. This bomb was very fizzy and smelled floral, leaving the bath to be a light pink when it was done. On the website, you can pick from a number of necklaces to include in the bath bomb, but once again, this was missing from the one we had.
Customized Jupiter Bath Bomb
I love the idea of being able to customize your own bath bomb! Robin ended up picking the bath bomb with my name, because she thought it was so silly. You can pick the word you want on your customized bath bomb as well as the color on the outside. This one was floral and fresh smelling, leaving the bath pink again. Unfortunately, this bath bomb (though all of the other ones were fine) broke in half the moment I took it out of the plastic packaging. That didn’t make it any less fun to use in the bath, but is something to be aware of if you are purchasing them as a gift.
This is the coolest! I love that they’re customizable. That’s a great gift for yourself or loved ones.
