Did you know they make cat advent calendars? Well, as an American living in the UK, I always forget about calendars. They just aren’t something I’ve ever had before – and as I am not a fan of chocolate – I haven’t been too interested in them before. Now that we have a little furbaby, it’s exciting to get him new treats to try! Scrumbles offers both cat and dog advent calendars – so we figured we’d see how Pancake enjoyed this calendar!
These treats are for all cats aged 3 months and older, coming in a cute pink box with cartoon drawings of various festive cats on the front. Inside each door, there are a small handful of treats that all look quite similar – unlike human calendars – but I don’t think Pancake cared too much about looks. These treats help prevent hairballs and help your cat’s teeth, so you don’t have to feel guilty for pampering your cat along with your humans! There are two types of treats in each door; Nibbles: Air dried chicken with slipper elm. These are, as the name suggests, air dried chicken bits, which are designed to keep hairballs at bay. The other treat you will see is Gnashers: Tasty baked chicken, which are oven baked chicken treats which have active ingredients in them that fight plaque and are high in protein. They even benefit cat’s fur, aimed at keeping their coat nice and shiny!
Boo, the cat of the creators of Scrumbles, loves the Gnashers treat within this calendar – and so does Pancake who gets very excited when he sees us open up the little doors and smells the cat treats inside. Scrumbles aim is to create healthier cat treats and foods, that have actual benefits for pets, from helping their teeth and hair to helping their poos stay healthy. All of their items are gut-friendly and don’t have any hidden ingredients, creating something more natural and good for your furry friend.
The Scrumbles Cat Advent Calendar won’t break the bank in price and is a great way to portion out cat treats for your cat each day, allowing your furbaby to take part in human traditions. It’s also a great plus that these treats are so good for cats, providing a few extra benefits!

Yeah – almost doesn’t feel like treats, but Pancake thinks they are!
Super cute. I need a dog one though (and probably two, because mine don’t like to share lol).
The dog ones are so cute too!
