Every year in England, I hope for snow and I do not get snow. Last year, we got some Zimpli Kids Snoballs to try out, but this year we had our eyes peeled for more snow-replacements to test. While picking up some stuff at The Range, I came across the Grinch Bath Snow, which seemed like a cool thing to try out! I can’t seem to find it anywhere online, so I am so glad we grabbed a bottle. As you probably have guessed if you spend time on this blog, we do a lot of bath bombs in our baths, as well as bath slimes, soaps and anything else that is bath related! It’s always a fun time.
This bath foam is themed around The Grinch, which is perfect for snow as How The Grinch Stole Christmas is a household name, and one that is talked about more so at Christmas time. I must admit, we have not tried a bath foam, though have had foam soaps for washing our hands before, and did not know how exactly it would be like snow. This foam comes in a metal bottle, that must be shaken before it’s sprayed. As it turns out, the foam is actually quite snow like in the Grinch Bath Foam, as you are able to form some-what of a ball and chuck it at your bathroom tile wall, if you have one of those! It does expand as you spray it, but if you do spray the soap directly on water, it will dissolve, so spray it on the wall or your hands first.
The scent is quite fruity – I’d say tropical with a heavy kiwi / raspberry scent, which was quite unexpected for something ladled as snow! It does stick to hair much like snow, and if you do shoot it straight up, it will slowly snow down on people – though do be careful where you do this, as it can be quite messy. This soap does do the job when it comes to being a soap as well, as it cleans, smells great, and is super fun for those who don’t really enjoy baths or might need some extra encouragement to get clean. Also, it’s just really fun. If you know anybody who is a fan of How The Grinch Stole Christmas, and you see one of these bath foams around, you should probably pick one up.
This post is a part of our Blogmas series, with each and every post being about Christmas or Winter.
I wish that there was a way that I could package up some of the snow that we get each year here in Canada and ship it your way lol!
I would take it! 🙂
