[Ad- gifted product] When looking for a new Android powered smartwatch, the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra seems to be a really awesome option. It’s a smart watch with a large face and a sort of masculine look to it, with the dark leather straps around the sides of it. This watch is easy to read and easy to keep track of, due to it’s size, but we are also going to get into all of the features and how the watch works generally.
Despite being a watch powered by Google, you can actually connect the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra to any mobile device using the Wear OS app, so if you do have iOS as your main platform, that’s fine too! Once you have the app downloaded, you can use bluetooth to connect to your watch. From there, there are plenty of customization options; from different watch faces to how the time is presented. When it comes to controlling things on the watch, the face itself is touch screen, allowing you to tap and swipe to access various apps on the watch or move to different screens. There are also two dials on the watch, which can be pushed in and spun, to use apps as well, if you do not want to touch your watch face.
The TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra does a lot. And I mean a lot. It can measure how much exercise you have (even if you go swimming, as it’s waterproof), how your heartrate is, what you are doing in a workout. It can track your location, be used to pay for goods through Google Pay, send text messages or social media messages, call people and talk to them like a spy talking to your watch. It can remind you of your events coming up or tell you about the weather. There is just a lot that you can do! This watch can act as your phone, basically, doing almost anything your phone could do for you. It doesn’t need a sim card, though I do connect mine to WiFi when it’s around, otherwise it seems to just use my phone to get all of the stuff it needs to present and do.
The battery life on the watch is decent if you use it as a smartwatch. It states it lasts 72 hours, which I have found to be true. If you use the watch in a Essential Mode, which doesn’t have all the fun features, it can last for 45 days – but I am not sure why you’d get such a fun watch with so many features to not use them to be honest! The watch does come with a charger, which connects magnetically to the bottom, making it very easy to charge. I have found the TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra to be a really useful and fun watch – there is just so much tracking that it can do, and it’s so helpful to have basically everything your phone can do right on your wrist. It does feel like a statement watch as well, due to it’s size.
I have a smart watch and love it, they have so many uses apart from just telling you the time. I even get a ping on mine if I have been sat down for a bit too long

The only smart watch we’ve ever had was the apple watch since it first came out. But my husband has never liked the look. This is such a great option since you can also connect it to ios devices!
