[Ad- gifted products] When it comes to elevating your cooking, this can easily be done through seasoning or adding a little something different to your cooking. All Things Butter do a range of flavored butters – butters with other things added into it, which can change the taste and flavor of the dishes that you are making. We got the chance to try two of the different flavors, Garlic & Herb and Chili. Obviously these are butters, so you can use them in anything that you would normally put butter into. All Things Butter are committed to British farming, with their farm set in Somerset, traditionally batch churning and hand salting the butter itself, making it a gourmet butter.
All Things Butter Garlic and Herb
Dann absolutely loves steak. I think there is just something about men and red meat. He has been cooking steak often over the last year, making some incredible steak salads and introducing our children to steak and potato dishes as recently as last week. So, when I asked him what he wanted to try the butter on, the first thing he thought of was a lovely steak. Dann cooked the steak by patting a bit of oil onto it, then put a blob of butter into the pan to baste. At the end, we also added a connell of butter on top to melt in. This butter is flavorful, there is a good amount of garlic without it being overpowering, and the herb taste is there. It’s a really lovely butter that I feel would go fantastic on pasta, potatoes, fish… it’s just very versatile and can easily make your dish feel and taste gourmet.
All Things Butter Chili
The All Things Butter Chili flavor was one that I was most excited for. I really love a hit of chili and find that adding some chili flakes can make a dish so much better. We rubbed a bunch of the butter on top of a cauliflower head and then roasted it whole in the oven. With the chili in it, which is clearly fresh chili, there is a subtle heat that builds as you eat more. If you like a bit of a kick, it’s fantastic on vegetables! The email talking about this butter suggested to put it on popcorn as well, which I thought was really interesting as we love popcorn, so of course I tried that too. The All Things Butter Chili on popcorn is very fun. It reminds me a lot of the American way of flavoring popcorn for fun, which is something I do love. You don’t need much of it either to cover the popcorn! I do also like the color of this butter as it gives everything a clearly-covered-in-it look.
All Things Butter feels like a great addition to our pantry and I do like how easy it is to add these flavored butters to dishes to make them more fun. They also have some sweet butters, including cinnamon bun, which sound very fun! I am glad they don’t shy away from the add-ins, as it does feel very worth the price.

As much as I love cooking with butter due to health reasons I have cut down on how much we use. Saying that love garlic butter and the chilli butter sounds great to add flavour and would be produce I would use
