[Ad- gifted product] When it comes to Christmas Gifts, sometimes items that have a little bit of flash about them is the best way to go. This Aqua Bluetooth Speaker is one that we have been using in our house for a few years now, so when Wicked Uncle reached out about doing a review and giveaway, we were onboard. Dann spends some of his evenings at our dining room table, planning out DnD campaigns and listening to music. Looking for something to project his music beyond his cell phone, he went with this flashy Aqua Bluetooth Speaker due to it’s general look and appeal.
This speaker is very easy to connect, using bluetooth, to whatever device you have that you want to play music from. We’ve got a family Spotify account, so playing straight from our phone is pretty easy. The water inside the speaker dances and lights up with the music, getting more intense when intense music plays. When we first got this, Robin, Amelia and Kai were all mesmerized by the light and color, trying out different songs to see how they react. All of the water is contained inside the device, so you don’t need to top it up or worry about losing the water. I can say after several years of use, it’s still got the same amount of water as it started with!
The sound quality from the Aqua Bluetooth Speaker is pretty decent. It doesn’t go extremely loud like a massive speaker, but does a great job of projecting sound. On the base of the speaker, you can change the song, change the volume, pause a song and turn it off. The device also doesn’t need batteries and instead can be easily charged. When we use our Aqua Bluetooth Speaker, we find that after charging, it lasts for ages and can hold battery when turned off. You can also plug it in and use it while plugged in, if needed.
The Aqua Bluetooth Speaker is a fun device for all ages – watching the water dance and the lights appear from the top is fantastic. It’s also pretty indestructible, so if you have a music loving toddler, you could get these as a night light and soothing audiobook speaker.
