Windy Knickers – Silly Children’s Toy

[Ad- gifted product] When it comes to silly toys, we have tried our fair share. However, Windy Knickers is probably the silliest we have seen in a while! It takes a really average, every day concept of hanging up laundry and makes it into a fun, spinning around, silly little game. The gameplay itself and set up is extremely easy and if your children are anything like ours, they’ll end up finding other ways to have fun with the toy as well.

Strengthening your hair with HYDR-8 Full Routine Kit

[Ad- gifted product] Amelia has extremely long hair that she is very proud of. She’s been growing out her hair for years and years, only getting trims and creating some framing in her bangs. As she is a teenager now, it’s important to take care of her hair, as she is spending more time taking care of the way she looks and herself generally. When we were offered the Vegamour HYDR-8 Full Routine Kit to review, I knew she’d be super excited to start up a new hair care routine, especially in time for back to school.

Polar Panic – Quick Matching Fun

[Ad- gifted product] Quick to carry around tabletop games are always ones that I find are perfect for the afterschool time between school ending and Kai’s DnD starting. Polar Panic was the latest on our list; the entire card game fits in a little tin, with the instructions in the lid, making it ideal for carry around with us!

Playing Arcade Games at Gravity Max Stratford

Dann is a big fan of arcades and I am a big fan of adventures! On one of the days of the summer holiday, everyone seemed a bit bored at home, so we all decided we wanted to go to an arcade. Gravity Max has recently opened up a venue in Westfield Stratford, which is quite nearby to us, so we decided to make a day out of it and see what the arcade was all about. Dann and I had recently gone to a Gravity Max for a press event for our day jobs, and ever since have been itching to take our children.

All American Dinner at Zak’s Yankee Diner

It’s become a bit of a tradition to crash Dann’s Mother’s holiday in Waxham Sands each summer. She has a tradition of caravanning in Waxham Sands Holiday Park, but as we aren’t really a caravan family, Dann, our kids and I normally stay somewhere nearby. This year, that was extremely close to Zak’s Yankee Diner – an American style diner with tons of American classics. I’ve been to a few American Diners in Great Yarmouth, and they haven’t really impressed me, as an American who’s been to diners in America. With that said, I had hopes for Zak’s Yankee Diner, especially as they have three locations and have been going since 1976!
