After exploring the Paradox Museum and having a fantastic time, we decided to check out the Twist Museum, as it’s meant to be similar. The Twist Museum is in central London, where you enter and explore a bunch of illusions, learning how they work and taking photographs of what you discover. This venue did have more illusions technically, but it felt like less were interactive and the layouts themselves were also a little clustered and crowded.

As a family that is constantly going out and busy, we tend to have a few water bottles kicking about, that we take with us. [Ad- gifted products] Robin is known to enjoy her baths. From a young age, she’s always been a fan of bath toys, bath gel, snow, bath bombs and the like. We’ve previously even purchase a few different bath soap foams, with Robin having a current favorite, before we were contacted about Fozzi’s Foam for Fun! Robin very much wanted to try out this new foam, so we put three bottles to the test.
[Ad- gifted experience]Â Dann and I have previously been to the Refinery CityPoint for drinks and had a pretty good time, so we were both excited to have dinner there! We went for a big meal out, with a bunch of our work team, after one of our main events. There were a lot of us, so we pre-ordered about a week before, giving us each little name tag reminders of what we actually picked out, which was very useful as I did not remember in the slightest.
As a birthday gift, Dann booked a night at Luton Hoo Hotel, which is a large, historical manor, with a spa! Everything that I really want in a day of relaxation. We spent a night in the hotel, went to the spa for quite a large amount of time, roamed the grounds, and ate dinner at the manor. This was quite a relaxing experience and we very much enjoyed a night to ourselves, away from work.
When staying at the Luton Hoo Hotel, you can stay in the manor or you can stay in the nearby building which is basically touching the spa. Due to wanting to make the most of the spa, we very much wanted to be nearby instead of in the main building. We did spend some time roaming the manor, which had sitting rooms, lots of different historical items, and beautiful tapestries. There was a bar here and it’s where the meals are served. You can easily take a car (they drive you the 5 minute journey down the road) to the house we were staying at.
