Ghost Castle is a board game full of traps!

[Ad- gifted product] We do have a massive shelf of board games in our household, and really do enjoy playing them! Recievently, we’ve found ourselves quite busy with after school activities and homework, but as October break gets closer, having a spooky board game on hand is always a good idea! Robin, Dann and I all took some time out of our Saturday to play Ghost Castle – a new tabletop game that takes up a lot of vertical space, becoming a sort of mouse-trap style board game!

PAW Patrol World – A PAW-some Adventure Game for Kids!

[Ad- gifted product] When Robin found out about the new PAW Patrol movie, she was very excited. Adding a new video game in the mix, however, always makes the experience so much more! The PAW Patrol World game is a 3D adventure where you can explore Adventure Bay, Jake’s Mountain, a Jungle and Barkingburg. Robin really enjoys how each of the PAW Patrol games are unique. This one focuses around TV Show-inspired missions and has a bunch of collectables.

Midweek Meal Inspo; Salmon Rice Bowl, Spooky Stuffed Peppers, Peanut Noodles & more

This week felt like a really busy one! I am not sure if it was because the number of school trips that happened, or the fact that all three children are now in multipole extra curricular activities, but everything was very quick when it came to dinnertime! We also tried some new foods, which is always fun. This week, Kai wasn’t so interested in cooking – which is totally expected. He did cook dough balls and potato salad at school, which was very fun to try! Many of these meals were really quick anyway, so let’s get into them.

A Day Out at Brick or Treat Legoland

We went hard going to a lot of Legoland special events in the last few years. Legoland became one of our favorite places to go too, and after a year of amusement parks, we took a bit of a pause this year and haven’t been visiting, however Robin really wanted to go to Brick or Treat. As this is such a fun Legoland event, we decided to book up tickets on the first Saturday of the event and go! This year, they have added a lot of new, fun things along with all of the key aspects of Brick or Treat.

Moma Porridge Pots are a quick start to your morning!

[Ad- gifted products] Making breakfast in the morning, especially on days when you are exhausted, can be quite a challenge. With back to school in full swing, early mornings are back as a habit, so we were delighted to try out Moma Porridge Pots for a quick and easy start to our day. These single serving porridge oats just require you to add boiling water from your kettle, let them sit with the lid closed for 5 minutes, then enjoy! It’s a very convenient way to have breakfast.
