Best Non-Chocolate Advent Calendars for 2024

[Ad- gifted products – Updated on November 9th, 2024 with this years Advent Calenders] If you’re like us, you’re not the biggest fan of chocolates. We don’t really need one every single day of December, and would very much rather have any other candy or even small items as my surprise. In America, we don’t really do advent calendars, so Jupiter didn’t really think there was a huge variety when she came to England – but it turns out there is! We have picked out our advent calendars for this year, after a bunch of research, and will be telling you about them as well as a few bonus ones that we though were so cool!

Technical Nail Advent Calendar

We go through a lot of nail polish in our household! If you have a tween or teen that likes doing their nails, thisTechnical Nail advent calendar is fantastic. There are a bunch of different Christmas and non-Christmas colored nail polishes within this calendar, along with a few tools to doing nails. The majority of the calendar is nail polish, which just feels like a good way to increase your collection and get a new color each day! We quite liked the blues and greens that were in this box.

Pringles Advent Calendar

The Pringles Advent Calendar comes in two sizes; 12 days of Christmas or 24 Days of Christmas. Both of the boxes are massive as they have little individual-sized Pringle containers in them! If you are into a good sized snack each day, it’s a good calendar to pick. My only real issue with it is that there are only four flavors total, so you do really need to like those flavors. I do wish Pringles did some special Christmas exclusive flavor that they could mix into the advent calendar, but this is one of the bigger food-related advent calendars we have had.

Adopt Me! Advent Calendar

Adopt Me! Is a popular Roblox game, and we had to have a toy Advent Calendar on this list. We feel this is a much better option then the Roblox advent calendar, as you may not know every game featured in that one, and this way, all of the toys are around something you know and enjoy. This advent calendar is also a playset, with a little scene that you can play with the toys in. Younger children would really enjoy this advent calendar – Robin is super excited to dig into it.

Candy Kittens Advent Calendar

I think this year, Candy Kittens have perfected their Advent Calendar. In previous years, you had to fill the boxes with candy yourself or build the calendar, but this year it’s all done for you. There are plenty of different vegan flavors to get each day and you do get a few candies behind each door. We really love Candy Kitten in our household, and this box is so cute! Each day also has a QR code to a riddle, which you can then record your answers to, for a chance to win a big prize on Christmas Eve.

There are loads of other advent calendars out there as well; cheese, beer, socks! If you’ve heard of one we’ve missed, feel free to comment below as we love looking at new options!

Elf advent calendar is a great idea, especially as we’re trying to reduce packaging in our household and I don’t really agree with the idea of giving the kids a gift everyday until Christmas as I feel it takes away from the actual gifts on Christmas day. We’re definitely going to give it a try this year!
