Satisfying your sweet tooth with Panda Sweets

[Ad- gifted product] We all have a bit of a sweet tooth – and pick and mix is one of the most fun ways of trying out new candies, exploring new tastes, and otherwise enjoying something sweet. when I lived in the US, we didn’t have pick and mix shops as such – we had penny candy, but I tended to get all of one kind. When Dann and I were in Sweden, we went to a few massive pick and mix shops, getting a full bucket that combined a bit of everything. Ever since then, I have enjoyed pick and mix, and trying out different candies. Panda Sweets is a candy company that mails sweets right to your door – giving you a large variety of sweets to enjoy.

A Day Out at Rascal Bay Adventure Golf

We love a bit of mini-golf at our household, so when summer came, we set off to a new golf course. This time, we went to Rascal Bay Adventure Golf in Brentwood. I’m not sure if Rascal Bay really knows what theme it want’s to be, and instead seems to combine pirates with dinosaurs, throwing in a lava zone and adding… cannibalism? Again, we didn’t really see how all of these connected in a small 18 golf hole place, but we were happy to be somewhere new none-the-less.

In Rascal Bay, you start off in a pirate area, going through holes that are themed around these. One of the first awesome holes we came too was a cannon that made a loud noise if you got the ball through it, spitting it out on the other side. It was a very good start to our golf time and proved to be Kai’s over-all favourite hole! Soon, we hit a hole with a photo opp in the middle – a pot cooking humans, which ended the pirate area for a bit, as we moved onto the jungle area. All of a sudden, the course was pretty focused on animals, the snake being Jupiter’s favourite hole. It looks like a really, impossibly twisty snake, but if you put your ball in you will hear a click and hear the ball being moved before shooting out the tail.

Pretty Suds June 2021 Bath Bomb Box | Review

When it comes to bath bombs, I always am excited to get my Pretty Suds box! They have gone through quite a few changes over the year and a bit that I have been subscribed, so I am always delighted and interested in my box. For June, the theme was Desert Island – something quite tropical and hot which reflects the time of year really. This month’s box had quite a few really large bath bombs, many of which were quite colorful as well. I love the size and smell of these – and the descriptions were on point on the included card! Along with the five inside the box, I also seem to have gotten two mystery bombs added to my box. As always, these bombs are made in Yorkshire, different each month, and always really lovely!

A New Style of Ball Juggling with the Pindaloo toy

[Ad- gifted product] Some toys I understand more than others, from the start. It’s easy to tell how to play with a doll or how to put together a puzzle, but when we saw the Pindaloo, we were curious, wondering exactly how this toy was played with. The Pindaloo is actually a really simple ball game, where you are looking to sort of throw and catch a ball in a curved pipe, building up momentum to juggle the ball in and out of this tube. It’s a simple idea, but it does take quite a bit of practice to master. Thankfully, there are tons of YouTube videos to help you get to grips with the toy.
