[Ad- gifted experience] Dann and I have been to many, many mini-golf places in our time. However, none of them really felt like the perfect place for a date. Puttshack Brunch Club, however, provides a lovely brunch with bottomless cocktails, along with a round of super high tech golf, which really does feel like the an amazing place to have a date with your loved one.

Strawberry and Cherry Picking at Cammas Hall
Cammas Hall is our most local pick your own berry farm. We love going there for the various seasonal events they hold and to pick strawberries each year! Cammas Hall has a lot of different options when it comes to fruit, and you can see what is pickable through their website before you go, which is useful if you are unsure what is in season. We tend to go for the strawberries, as they are very popular in our home, but this year we noticed that cherries were really for picking, so we had to check those out as well, as we had never picked cherries before!

A Day out at Superbloom at Tower of London
Dann and I have actually known about the Superbloom event at the Tower of London for quite some time. You see, we went to an event in the Tower of London, which announced the event, along with an AR app that didn’t seem to go anywhere. They were looking for coverage on their AR technology in our day jobs, so we’ve been waiting around for when the Superbloom would be ready! If you didn’t know, the Superbloom is a garden all around the Tower of London, dedicated to the Queen, for the Jubilee. After seeing lots of pictures of how they predicted it would all look, we just had to go.

A Day Out at Sea Life Brighton
We really enjoy looking at animals and fish, so going to Sea Life Brighton, with the kids, was a goal of ours! We were planning on only going if it rained, but found we had enough time on our long day out to see the aquarium. It’s actually the world’s oldest continually operating aquarium, which is quite a big deal! The aquarium is almost under ground, so we went down some steps, and went into the place. The architecture was wonderful; high ceilings, all lit up, beautiful tanks of fish right at the entrance. They always have activities going on too! The older kids got booklets to help them take their time and spot fish, while Robin got a Peppa Pig themed activity booklet to solve!
The Concrete Jungle Book at Pleasance Theatre
[Ad- gifted experience] Dann and I were very excited to attend another play, especially as The Concrete Jungle Book was in a new theatre we have not attended before; Pleasance Theatre. Pleasance is very interesting; above a large bar. Inside, they have their own bar, and have tables instead of seats. You can order snacks and drinks right to your table, or grab them from the bar before going in. There is a main area in front of the stage, as well as an elevated area, with various sizes when it comes to the tables themselves. The space felt great!
