Easter Trails at Cammas Hall

We have been to Cammas Hall for Halloween, bonfire night, and fruit picking over the years; they are just always running different themed activities, providing for a fun and easy family day out. This year, we heard about their Easter Trails and wanted to check them out! The trail itself can be pre-booked, with their little check-in booth at the start, They’ve got decorations, photo areas, and characters dotted around, but first we went to grab some tulips.

Watching (This is not a) Happy Room at the King’s Head Theatre

[Ad- gifted experience] Dann and I were very excited to be visiting a new theatre – the King’s Head Theatre to be specific! This theatre is right by the pub of the same name, just around the corner really, and opens up to a box office, followed by a small bar. Last month, we went towards the very end, to attend one of the wreath cupcake classes. Sweet Designs by Jennie doesn’t do too many wreaths – they are sort of bigger classes – though she has mentioned she will be designing and adding more, which is exciting. The wreath cupcake courses have us decorating 10 cupcakes each, instead of 6, which is a lot of fun!

Exploring the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao

[Ad- gifted experience] Back in 2020, I visited the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, but as with any museum, a lot of the exhibitions have changed. The Guggenheim Museum is a beautiful building, both inside and out. The outside looks like scales of metal, with different statues and structures around the outside. At the front, there is a giant dog covered in flowers, at the back a large spider creature and a bunch of silver balls all stacked up on top of each other. Just going around the outside is beautiful. At the time that I went to the museum, there were a lot of fantastic exhibitions to take a look at as well.
