Gummy Candy Lab – Kid’s Science Kit

[Ad – Gifted Products] Some of these science kits can be quite hit and miss, we have found. Often, we find these kits don’t turn out well or don’t feel as fun as the box makes them look. The idea of a Gummy Candy Lab sounds extremely fun, but we honestly expected the whole thing to not taste very good or have some deeply science-y things to it, that would require learning instead of having learning done casually. We were very happily surprised that not only is the Gummy Candy Lab delicious, but it’s also very fun to put together!

Yoto Starter Pack for Big Kids

History Heroes: Artists Card Game – Learning by playing

[Ad – Gifted Products] Every other Monday we go down to our local Geek Retreat to play a tabletop game and have milkshakes. This week, our tabletop game was History Heroes: Artists card game, which is a twist on learning about artists. We have previously played a History Heroes card game, that was all about learning about history itself, so we were pretty interested in seeing what this card game was all about.

History Heroes: A Little Slice of Animal History card game – Important animals

[Ad – Gifted Products] Another Monday of hanging out at our local Geek Retreat has come and gone, with us playing History Heroes: A Little Slice of Animal History card game this time. Previously, we have played History Heroes: A Little Slice of History, which was very similar to this game in design. Instead of the cards having triangles of history, they had triangles of important animals throughout history, which made for a very interesting game.
