[Ad- gifted product]Â Previously, this year, we reviewed the Lapland Mailroom website, which was quite easy to use! We ended up ordering three letters from the website, all customised, for Kai, Amelia and Robin. These letters have made their way to our home, adding a lot of magic to the whole Santa experience and to this time of year. We let the children pick up the letters from the door mat, where Amelia found them first, must like we did last year.
Robin and Amelia were super excited about their letters from Santa. We personalised them to include little details about their lives, as well as mention their friends. All three of the children had a Nice List certificate, a letter from Santa, a sticker for the window, and an activity book filled with fun stuff to do. These letters are completely personalised, through the website, allowing you to read through what the will say. As there are a few different options when it comes to the content of the letter, they can all be different in the end, so the children do feel like they each got individual letters written with them in mind. Kai, currently, isn’t a believer of Santa Clause, but knows the importance of not ruining the secret for his younger siblings, so when we got the letters, we proudly read it out. I think he knew that we, the parents, had written aspects of the letter for him, and were proud of him, which he liked.
As these were different letters, Amelia found it interesting that Santa told her all about washing the reindeer and getting them ready to look their best, as she has been interested more and more in her appearance and keeping herself looking lovely. Robin’s letter was primarily around Christmas coming soon and Santa getting toys ready. Since she is 5, toys are such a big aspect on her mind, so this was perfect for her. Kai’s letter was all about preparing for Christmas day and being super ready for the time to come.
The Lapland Mailroom letters included a lovely PS aspect, that you could write out yourself, and we took our time highlighting the things all of the children had been doing well and improving on, which Amelia took great pride in reading everyone’s little note, talking about how great Santa was for noticing. The younger two then dived into their activity books, which they were both very excited to have included in their letter. Amelia made a huge dent in hers the first day she got it, doing the connect the dots, color by numbers, half of the word search, and planning out the design an ornament contest. Robin went straight into coloring her Santa Stop Here sign, and then coloring the Christmas tree drawing.
Getting a personalised letter from Santa is a really lovely experience, and Lapland Mailroom doe a great job of providing a lovely letter, as well as extras, that make this time of year so magical. It’s not too late to get your own letter from Santa, which is something that is so fun for little ones, and there is only a small window of time until they grow out of it – so make the most of it!
This post is apart of our Blogmas series, with each and every post being about Christmas or Winter.
I think this is great, it does help to add so much more magic on the lead up to Christmas time.
It really does!
I wish we had stuff like this when I was a kid. Santa would truly feel realistic then!
It really does make such a difference.
Love this! The kids in the house would go crazy for something like this to happen and come in the mail for them.
It is such a wonderful and lovely surprise!
I saw this post on Instagram. I was excited to come read the post. This is so fun for kids this time of year.
Aww thank you! It was so great to see them super excited.
