[Ad- gifted products] When it comes to our health, people often are quick to see an eye doctor when they have issues with their eyes or visit a general doctor when they have issues with their body, but it’s really unlikely for people to seek medical health when it comes to feet problems. I know I have personally been guilty of this, not prioritising foot health or getting check up son my feet. I myself have never actually gone to a podiatrist (a foot doctor) or knew that there was a name for this! National Feet Week is aimed at bringing awareness to foot health and trying to get people to prioritise getting their feet checked.
There are lots of different feet-related and aimed products such as specialized insoles and compression socks on the market today, as well as foot products that you can work into a skincare routine, that would in turn help your feet. Feet take a lot of the pressure of walking, running, and otherwise getting you from place to place. They are an essential part of your body that, whether you realize it or not, you need to work towards keeping healthy and able to keep you going. There are lots of different feet-related and aimed products, that you can work into a skincare routine, that would in turn help your feet. To celebrate National Feet Week, we have dived into a bunch of different brands to highlight their products, aimed at taking care of your feet!
When it comes to a few products that you can get a lot of use out of, that you don’t need to change your routine for, the 1000 Mile socks and insoles for your shoes are really good changes that you can make, that will have a lasting effect on your health. These socks are mean for running, creating a breathable sock that supports different zones on your feet, to absorb the shock when you run and padding on the heel up towards the Achilles tendon, to ensure you are running and walking without putting damage on your feet. These are very comfortable, and hug in all the right places – an easy switch from your current socks! Insoles are something that I have been using since I smashed up my feet walking on concrete event floor showcases for work.
The Up Medical Advanced F3D insoles contain anti-shock stability, ideal for both runners and walkers. They stop up to 95% of high frequency shockwaves generated from hard surfaces like pavements, roads and hard trails that you will be naturally walking on, unaware that it is slowly damaging your feet. Along with these every day items, the Footner exfoliating socks were a very interesting product to try out. This item is a 60 minute face mask, for your feet, that exfoliate your skin, getting rid of dry and hard skin naturally. These socks do help your skin stay soft and moisturised, while not having harsh chemicals and fragrances either.

This product fixes cracked heels, without the use of pumice stone, so that you do not need to manually scrub away your skin or risk taking off too much. Similarly, Flexitol Heel Balm is a remedy for dry and cracked skill as well, quickly showing results on cracked skin without having to apply too much to then.
LoysLeaf is a 100% natural emollient, for adults, children and even babies that is used to soften hard and dry skin, naturally, using marshmallow root extract. This jar is really great for traveling, as it can easily fit into a purse and be taken with you in case you need it. It also is suitable for sensitive skin, and as it can be used for not only your feet but also any rough skin you have, it’s just a great product to have.

This cream is aimed at callouses and cracks, using urea and apricot extract to help with softening. Mavala also has a nail solution, which is aimed at treating fungal nail infections, killing the fungus quickly and then using essential oils and lactic acid to repair your damaged nail. Fungal infections can be very embarrassing, so knowing this is out there is very good. When it comes to your legs, they are important too! The Revitalizing Emulsion lotion is aimed at tired legs and refreshing the skin around your legs, which can allow you to feel more relaxed and help aching that happens in your legs.
