When it comes to a few products that you can get a lot of use out of, that you don’t need to change your routine for, the 1000 Mile socks and insoles for your shoes are really good changes that you can make, that will have a lasting effect on your health. These socks are mean for running, creating a breathable sock that supports different zones on your feet, to absorb the shock when you run and padding on the heel up towards the Achilles tendon, to ensure you are running and walking without putting damage on your feet. These are very comfortable, and hug in all the right places – an easy switch from your current socks! Insoles are something that I have been using since I smashed up my feet walking on concrete event floor showcases for work.

The Up Medical Advanced F3D insoles contain anti-shock stability, ideal for both runners and walkers. They stop up to 95% of high frequency shockwaves generated from hard surfaces like pavements, roads and hard trails that you will be naturally walking on, unaware that it is slowly damaging your feet. Along with these every day items, the Footner exfoliating socks were a very interesting product to try out. This item is a 60 minute face mask, for your feet, that exfoliate your skin, getting rid of dry and hard skin naturally.
