Our household goes through many, many bath bombs. Everyone seems to love the cute shapes, beautiful colors and wonderful smells that bath bombs create. Looking to find some new bath bombs, I found my way to Pretty Suds who boosted beautiful color payoffs and wonderful smells. They have a limited collection of different shapes, but the bath bombs themselves seemed very worth taking a look at! At the time of purchasing, they had a special spring box that could also contain a gold egg and a code for a new, free bath bomb! We ended up winning the free bath bomb and also picking up a wax melt to go with it (to make shipping more worth it). All of these are handmade in South Yorkshire, which is always a plus.
Flower Power Bath Bomb
This vibrant bath bomb is circular and smells a lot like perfume, with hints of jasmine, lily, rose and almond – which makes sense with the name Flower Power. The bath water went a lovely shade of purple, which felt really nice. The bubbling was great, as was the size, and we were really happy with all of these different bombs from Pretty Suds if I am honest!
The Alicorn Bath Bomb
The Alicorn Bath Bomb is in similar colors to the Flower Power Bath Bomb but comes in a skull shape, which is pretty cool. Surprisingly, it’s a completely different smell to the previous bath bomb, aiming to be more fruity, like raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. It made the bath super colorful (as it didn’t have white in it) and had a huge color payoff.
Dark Matter Bath Bomb
Moving away from the bright colors, we grabbed one of the Dark Matter Bath Bombs, which are mainly black with some stripes of color within it. This bath bomb was more scented towards musk – with African spices, bergamot, rosemary and cedar wood – clearly marketing towards a more masculine bath bomb user, which is great to see! The colors were seen as the bath bomb melted, but the overall color was, of course, a grey/black.
Spring Mystery Box
At the time of purchase they were doing a cheap Spring Mystery box which contained 6 bath bombs, all a bit smaller than the previous bath bombs, inside an egg carton. They each had their own scents and came in a variety of colors. We did get a golden bath bomb, which was yellow with gold luster dust, which meant that we got another bath bomb free (which was sadly used up before I was able to even get a picture of it!) We found this set to be really great value for money, especially as the size was perfect for people who had smaller baths or who normally split them in half. The color payoff was still really high quality though!
Goddess Bubble Wax Melt Bar
Despite the word ‘bubble’ in the Goddess Bubble Wax Melt Bar from Pretty Suds, this is in fact not a bath product and is, instead, a wax melt. I got into wax melts from Sassy Shop Wax previously and was excited to check out a new brand too! This bar didn’t break too easily for me, which was the biggest downside, but it did melt well. The scent is very perfume inspired, with big hints of jasmine and ginger flower. It’s a very good scent!
As these bath bombs were so good, we ended up subscribing to their monthly subscription boxes, which gives you 5 bath bombs each month, all around a theme. You can get 20% off the subscription box.
Oh wow, I love the sound of the flower power bath bomb!
It’s so nice!
I’m not the biggest bath bomb fan as I don’t like baths (I know, I know) but shower melts on the other hand… That wax melt sounds amazing though, I love jasmine and ginger ๐

I wasn’t a big fan of baths until recently, it just feels like time to myself! I’ll have to check out shower melts.

I don’t think they do, sadly!
