Satisfying your sweet tooth with Panda Sweets

Panda Sweets

*AD – the item in this review was gifted to our household for this post. All opinions, as always, are our own.

We all have a bit of a sweet tooth – and pick and mix is one of the most fun ways of trying out new candies, exploring new tastes, and otherwise enjoying something sweet. when I lived in the US, we didn’t have pick and mix shops as such – we had penny candy, but I tended to get all of one kind. When Dann and I were in Sweden, we went to a few massive pick and mix shops, getting a full bucket that combined a bit of everything. Ever since then, I have enjoyed pick and mix, and trying out different candies. Panda Sweets is a candy company that mails sweets right to your door – giving you a large variety of sweets to enjoy.

We went with their classic pick and mix selection, getting a box of 1kg of sweets that came in a plastic, ziplock bag, inside of a box! Along with this box, they have dairy free and vegan options, as well as a few different gift boxes and sweets packed in cute display jars. I really like the selection of different ways to get these sweets delivered to you – from a simple box to a fancy hamper, chalk full of sweets. We ended up putting our sweets in our own sweet jar, which sits in our candy cupboard.

In our mix, we had so many different treats – chocolate stars, all sorts of gummy things, jelly beans, fizzy sweets, little marshmallows, and more. We spent quite some time digging around in the box, trying new treats and picking out favorites! Pick and mix is great for movie nights – which we do often – and for small treats to go with lunch for the kids. They loved seeing all the new sweets and picking out ones they think looked cool – at one point Robin found some little blue gummy fish that she quite enjoyed, while Amelia stuck to white chocolate (her favorite) and Kai went for a variety of different sweets so that he could try as many as possible. The variety in this box was pretty nice – I quite enjoyed the mix of chocolate and sweets. Nothing in this box was pre-wrapped, which I feel is a plus, as there wasn’t any extra garbage within the box, and it was easier to dig right into the treats that were there.

Panda Sweets seems to be really engaged with their audience as well, running contests and updating their community on new additions to their sweets box. Currently, they are running a challenge to eat a metre long rainbow belt, with no hands, in the fastest time possible. Honestly, we are all quite tempted in this – what a fun way to engage your community!

If you are interested in getting a box of Pick n Mix for yourself, or anything from their website, you can use the code JUPITER for 15% off your order – valid until 31/10/2021.
