[Ad- gifted product] After becoming a Spy Ninja with the New Recruits Mission Kit, Kai is pretty excited to try out more of these spy kits! So, when he got his hands on the Night Vision Mission Kit, which includes more spy equipment, he was pretty excited to check it out. Like the previous box, this box had a few activity books, a Spy Card, an award for becoming a spy, a decoder and a red card. The unique things within this box were all around Night Vision.
Kai got a pair of blue glasses, that had different lights on each side, to show different things. One was a black light which could show things hidden. One of the lights was removeable as well, so you can use it by hand if that’s easier, than just store it on your glasses. These glasses were really cool, and a great addition to Kai’s Spy Ninja kit. The glasses are a bit top heavy if you put on the second flash light – which is worth noting. There was also a black Spy Ninja belt in the box too, which has the Spy Ninja logo on the front.
The activity booklets in the Spy Ninjas Night Vision Mission Kit did use all of the tools, with Kai starting out with the classic decoder activities. He did a lot of these in the New Recruits Mission Kit, so he was able to very easily figure them out and tune his decoder to whatever it needed to be on. From there, he then started doing some activities that involved his red card or his blue light – following hidden footsteps around routes, gaining numbers to put into a code at the bottom, and figuring out what path the bad guy took to get to the safe house. These activities are ones that do not need much guidance, and all of the answers appear on the last page, so your child can see how well they did on their own.
Over all, Kai really enjoyed playing through the activity booklets, and there is enough there to keep a kid busy for a significant chunk of time. We have not previously watched the Spy Ninjas series on Youtube, that is associated with these toys, but also got a pack of their figures, which included a Hacker. Kai thought the hacker was so cool, and liked how the good guy had moving arms and could be posed. They aren’t needed to enjoy any of the kit’s activities but are a fun idea if your child is interested in the series!
This looks like a really fun game. I love games that do more than just have pieces on a board.

The spy kits are so cool for the kids. We went through a whole phase of this when my teen was younger. You just brought back super cool memories.
