Horton’s Steam Fair is coming to West Wycombe May 30th and 31st

Horton’s Steam Fair has announced their 2026 tour, which is going all across the United Kingdom. Horton’s Steam Fair is one of the more traditional, old-fashion touring fairs that bring something so fun yet so vintage to the country. This year, it’s bigger and better than ever!

This steam fair features a large collection of restored Britain funfair rides, bringing them to life for festivals and for the sets of film and TV. This is Horton’s second year on tour, where they’ve brought together authentic pieces from the 1900s to 1960s, including iconic rides from Carters Steam Fair, which we attended a few years back and very much enjoyed.

Land of Lights at Gulliver’s Land – Light Trail with Lanterns

We are always looking for more light trails in England, and with the sad closing of Lightopia, it’s a bit challenging to find a light trail that has lantern-styled lights. Many light trails have fantastic, large lights and lasers, but there is something magical about the massive lanterns! I was delighted to find that Land of Lights at Gulliver’s Land had a bunch of the lanterns from Lightopia, as well as completely new ones to create a wonderful light trail.
