Freeplay City has so many Rhythm Games

For Dann’s Birthday, he wanted to play a specific type of arcade machine. Bishi Bashi machines were something we’ve played a few times in our lives, at places that are now closed down in London. In search of a fun arcade machine, and a lovely day out that everyone would enjoy, we ended up at Freeplay City, a pay to enter arcade with tons of rhythm-based games that can keep kids and adults engaged.

Watching Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs at Fairfield Halls Theatre

[Ad- gifted experience] Now, I have been to a number of pantos over the last two years, but I have not actually been to a panto with our children! I realized this on the way to Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs, though I am not sure how we’ve missed them previously! Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs are a classic, and this time we saw the panto at Fairfield Halls Theatre, which was a new theatre for our household.

A Day Out at London MCM Comic Con x EGX

[Ad- gifted experience] We always go to MCM Comic Con London as it’s just on our doorstep and they invite us often. This year, they combined with EGX, another event that Dann and I attend each year for work, so we were interested to see exactly how this went. Watching Cinderella at The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch

[Ad- gifted experience] It’s Christmas time, which in England means there are tons of pantos. Last year, I went to my first ever panto and had a wonderful time. Cinderella had a lot of the same actors from the previous panto I saw at The Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch, so I was well excited to see it. Cinderella is a classic story, but like most plays, this one felt unique and with a twist.

Dinner and Games at Draughts Hackney

[Ad- gifted experience] Draughts is a board game bar that has a few different locations in London! Dann and I decided to invite a bunch of friends to Draughts in Hackney, where we had some food and enjoyed some board games. As you can play both longform and short board games here, they work on a sort of booking slot time, where you can pay a fee to come in and enjoy their collection of games for a set amount of hours, ordering any food and drinks you’d like to have on top of that fee.
