The Sunshine Blogger Award

I have been seeing The Sunshine Blogger Award going around quite a bit in the last year and am so happy to have been nominated by Ellie’s Little World! Ellie’s blog has a lot of lovely Christmassy posts, hauls, reviews, and interesting articles all worth taking a look at, so do check out her blog. This tag is quite interesting in the way it’s formatted – tags are always a good way to get to know bloggers, and with The Sunshine Blogger Award, the questions are always changing!

Here are my answers to Ellie’s Questions:

Would you rather have fingers for toes or toes for fingers?

I’d much rather have fingers for toes! I feel like toes are sort of useless when it comes to becoming fingers, so fingers need to be kept to grip things and play video games. I don’t know if having fingers for toes would affect my balance, but I guess it’s a risk worth taking.

Summer or winter?

It’s always summer for me. I hate the cold – my father use to always say our family wasn’t meant for the cold. We aren’t those who like the snow or the chill of a winter evening. Summer, however, is hot sand, beach, beautiful weather and lovely drinks.

What did you always dream of being when you were younger?

This is hard as I didn’t really have a dream job. I always wanted to be “happy” when I was older. Happy in whatever I was doing or whatever I am doing. I am glad to have achieved this goal as I am happy. I love my job, my family and my life.

What’s your favourite colour?

Purple! My favorite color is purple.

What countries have you been to/are planning on going to?

I have been to a lot of countries – Finland, Romania, UK, US, Spain, Germany and Sweden. My favorite is always Sweden or Spain. I love Spain for the weather and Sweden for the location, people and food.

Do you have a pet? If so, introduce us! If not, would you like one?

I have a purebred british shorthaired called Pancake. He’s a lovely cat, we talk a lot about him on our blog. Pancake has always been a curious and fun cat, despite being a bit of a coward. He actually came in from Bulgaria to become a stud cat, but didn’t like the idea of having lots of kittens, so ended up with us.

Sweet or savoury?

Always savoury. I prefer savoury foods to sweet foods and will always choose an appetiser instead of a dessert!

What was your favourite subject in school?

My favorite subject in school was English. I loved writing and analysing stories.

What’s number one on your bucket list?

Go sky diving! It use to be bungee jumping, but it turns out that’s really bad for your back.

Favourite film or tv series?

Currently, we are watching a lot of Pretty Little Things, but I don’t think I really have a favorite, just whatever I am watching. This show is about a ballet school full of drama, lies and more.

If you could live in another era, what would it be? (as far back or forward as you want)

I’d go into the future, where the world is full of technology and a better place (fingers crossed).
