[Ad- gifted product] We’ve done a few Triyit Boxes in the past, as they are such a fun way to try out some samples (in exchange for filling out a survey)! When we qualified for this box, we were pretty excited, as we weren’t sure at all what was coming. It turns out, there should have been one other item, but it was missing! This was something we only discovered when filling in the survey, as it asked for information about an item we didn’t have, so that was a bit of a surprise.
Untamed Natural Chicken Licks
We were most excited to try the Untamed Licks, which are a new product from Untamed that hadn’t been released yet. These lick sticks have a bunch of puree in them, that you can feed directly from the sticks to your cats or use them as toppers, etc. My cat Popcorn has very little brain, so when trying any sort of lick sticks, he attempts to bite at the packaging. With that in mind, we put some in a bowl to have him try it. He very much enjoyed it (Popcorn is a resident chicken liker) and we ended up putting more of them on his food until the box ran out. It’s a nice treat!
Blink Chicken Dry Cat Food
Following the cat food trend, we tried out some Blink! Tasty Chicken dry food. This specific food has been in previous Triyit boxes, but it was fun for Pancake to eat them again. These are dry food pellets, in individual serving sized bags, that you can feed to your cats. Pancake quite liked the dry food, though I do suspect he thinks he ate an entire bowl of treats. He doesn’t love chicken normally, so it was good to see him polish off the majority of the bowl.
Blink Chicken Wet Food
We have also tried the Blink! Chicken wet food before, but were happy to give it a go. This is a wet food Pancake wouldn’t eat, due to it being chicken. However, Pesto did eat it all up! Pesto doesn’t like being bothered while he eats and he eats in a little section of our kitchen, so I didn’t end up snapping any pictures – so here are some of Pancake and the food itself. The wet food was enjoyed by Pesto, who cleaned his bowl, which is great. He is less of a picky eater, as long as it has some wetness to it, he will love it.
Glucerna Control Drink
Onto some human items, the Glucerna Control coffee flavored drink was interesting. It’s meant to be one of those meal replacement drinks that help with blood sugar levels as well, which is a good idea! The drink itself was on the thicker side, being maybe too thick to be a drink. The coffee flavor wasn’t too strong, but at the same time, we could tell it was coffee. It was interesting, but we aren’t a big meal replacement household in general.
Corona Cero
Dann has tried a large number of low-alcohol and alcohol free beer, and has previously had the normal Corona, which is normally served with a lime in the bottle. He felt that this zero percent, alcohol free beer tasted exactly like a Corona, with the foam on top to match. It’s just a fantastic dupe, especially for those looking to cut down on their drinking for whatever reason, but still wanting to enjoy the flavor of beer itself.
This was what was in our Triyit Box this time! Though I do prefer it when there are a few snacks, I found the drinks to be interesting. There was meant to be one more drink in our box, but it wasn’t included, which would have made this a funny mix of cat food and drinks for humans.
