[Ad- gifted product] Bath time is always a fun time in our home. We have loads of fun bath toys, we have a selection of bath bombs, and we are always looking for new, fun ways to make bath time a great time. Zimplin Kids has a range of slimes, bombs and gelli that are aimed at children, all allowing you to turn your bath into something quite fun to play with. At the end of your bath, it’s also really easy to clean! So we checked out the color changing Baff Gelli, which changes the color of the gelli from yellow to green before it drains.
The Zimpli Baff Gelli is very easy to use. Once you have your warm bath water all filled up, you can drop your kids in and sprinkle the gelli on to the surface around them. At first, Amelia and Robin talk about how the gelli tickles and is fun to play with. After about 5 minutes, the both becomes filled with big bits of gelli, which they seem to pile up, swim about with, collect in their hands, and otherwise play with. We have a bunch of bath lights as well, which are super fun to play with in the gelli.
Now, I must say, the Zimpli Baff Gelli got in everyone’s hair, but it was very easy to wash out using our shower head, and then comb out any small bits that stayed. Nobody minded this, and had a fun time with the shower head, but at this point neither Amelia nor Robin really dislike getting water in their eyes. This is something to keep in mind, if your child hate getting water in their face, and you need to clean the gelli out of their hair.
When they are nearly done with the bath, we added the the blue packet from the Zimpli baff gelli, which turned the entire bath a fun blue and yellow for a bit, before it turned completely green and became less gelli and more of just a slightly dense liquid. The bath was then ready to go down the drain, which it easily did, and the kids were done with their bath. Overall, the Zimpli Baff Gelli was really great, though the instructions only want a little bit of water to the gelli to start with, which is something that we do not follow in our household as it wouldn’t be enough water for the two children. Even with the extra water, the baff gelli still has the same effect! You can also play with these items out of the bath, by making a sensory board.
Valentina loves baths over taking a shower. We have been trying different bath bombs and some foam, but this! This looks amazing! She is also obsessed with the Schwashbucklers, so having a bath in jelly seems to fit. Thanks for sharing!
It is a really fun bath product, and so different too!
I think I would enjoy this too. My kids are a little older now but I think even the eldest would enjoy the sensation of it in the bath.
Kai (11, nearly 12) does like playing with the gelli, even if he is “too old for baths”
These colors wow!!! I’ve never seen colors as vibrant as these ones, super cool!!! I will check it out.
The colors are super impressive.
Wow, that looks so cool! My nieces will love them. I will check this out, thanks for sharing it.
I hope they enjoy them!
This looks like loads of fun. My girls would absolutely love this.
It’s a really fun way to take baths.
