[Ad- gifted product] Both Amelia and Robin have a collection of different dolls, but none are like the BeKind Dolls – a new range which promotes kindness, creativity, and is made from recycled materials. Some of the plastic used for the toy and their accessories are made from recycled plastics, the ink is made from soy beans, and the doll’s clothing is eco friendly with great messaging.
We went on holiday to Great Yarmouth over the summer and had a fantastic time! There is so much to do, so many beaches to enjoy, and lots of really delicious places to eat. After all of our exploring, seeing local sites, and hanging out – I have picked the top three places that we all had a really fun time at in Great Yarmouth, as a family! These places are fun for all ages and are stand outs from our trip that we all still talk about! If you are ever looking for more places to visit in Great Yarmouth, check out their Facebook page.
Hatter’s Farm is a local pumpkin patch that has the best prices when it comes to pre-booking in Essex! We went along last year and had to go again this year in our pumpkin adventures, as it’s known to have a large variety of squash, and we were looking for some pretty specific produce to eat up. Hatter’s Farm does have a lot of different and unique aspects to their farm, which our children really enjoy!
[Ad- gifted product] When it comes to science kits, we have tried out a number of different kits from gross science kits to monster labs, but none have been as serious as the Science Mad! Chemistry Lab. This kit feels like a real chemistry lab in a box, with different chemicals, a burner, goggles and more – which can create a real, lab feeling at home that goes beyond a lot of the more silly and toy-like science kits out there.
[Ad- gifted experience] Cattows Halloween Farm is a massive pumpkin farm that we had gone to last year, to check out the fair rides and all of the pumpkins too. This year, they have a new event under the name Cattows Halloween Farm After Dark. It’s an after hours, illuminated event that brings Halloween to an entirely new level, as there is so many bright lights and spooky haunts for the whole family to enjoy.
Cattows Halloween Farm After Dark is massive! We entered through a large tent, full of Halloween decorations, and are greeted by the fairgrounds. These fairground rides do cost per ride, with no wristband option, but are quite reasonable in price per ride. Amelia and Kai were a bit too big for a few of the rides, but still found some really fun ones to go on. The fair is in the middle of the grounds, with the food trucks being at the back end of the area. This food village only had a few food stalls open, but you could get your classic burgers, fries, nuggets, donuts, etc from them.
