My Decision to become a Step Parent

This week marks five years of being apart of Kai, Amelia and Robin’s life, which is just absolutely wild to me! When I was younger, I always imagined my family in a very specific way – but life is normally not so cut and dry. It’s been a wild five years, filled with so many memories, so much growing up, and a lot of learning on everyone’s part.

A Day Out to The McManus – Dundee’s Art Gallery and Museum

While in Dundee, I went to The McManus – an art gallery and museum with a big focus on Dundee throughout history. The Muddles – Cards Combining Creatures

[Ad- gifted product] Every other Monday we take the time to go to our local Geek Retreat and play a little card or board game as a family. There are actually a ton of free things to do in Edinburgh – including exploring Calton Hill, so I do wish I had a bit more time to explore.

Midweek Meal Inspo; Sausage Pasta, Meatball Subs, Taco Salad and more.

This week, a lot of our meals were no stove and one pot, as the weather was very warm. We have also got into salads! There are so many types of salad at Costco, that actually are reasonably priced, so we have been trying them all out. It’s just better to have a non-cooked vegetable when it’s warming, especially as everyone’s hunger levels change.
