Exploring Warwick Castle Christmas Light Trail

Everyone wanted to go to another light trail, before they all disappeared, so we headed to Warwick Castle Christmas Light Trail, which is a very long light trail! There are a few different ticket options for this special event – you can add on going to the castle and add on light skating. We got tickets for the castle and added on the Christmas Light Trail, but will be showcasing the castle in another review. The light trail started as soon as it got dark, so we headed straight in!

Seeing all the toys at BlogOn Kids

I’ve been attending BlogOn events since 2021, when I found out about them, even writing up a guide on what to bring to Blogger events. Incase you didn’t know, BlogOn Kids is a unique blogger event where a bunch of children’s brands are brought into one venue, to show off their latest products. Unlike events like Toy Fair, children are encouraged to play with these toys and there are a bunch of activities set up for them, so that you can create content there while also networking with the marketing team members of these brands. You can get hands on and see if your child likes the various brands, which is always a fantastic experience.

Freeplay City has so many Rhythm Games

For Dann’s Birthday, he wanted to play a specific type of arcade machine. Bishi Bashi machines were something we’ve played a few times in our lives, at places that are now closed down in London. Seeing the Winter Lights at Christmas at Blenheim Palace

We have gone to a lot of winter light trails this year, but even as the Christmas season has ended, there are still some open! We wanted to go out to a Christmas market for dinner and see a light trail, so we made our way to Blenheim Palace. Dann and I went on a date night there a few years back and really enjoyed it, so we figured it would be fun to take our children as they don’t care about the longer drives. Blenheim Palace has a few features, all with different ticket prices. The market itself is free, but you can pay to go on the light trail, go inside the Neverland themed-palace and to go ice skating. After talking it over with everyone, they declared they didn’t want to ice skate or go in the palace, so we went for the food and trail.

Playing with cats at Katzentempel

Dann and I go to Germany each and every year, specifically to Cologne, for Gamescom as apart of our day jobs. We’ve basically done everything we could possibly go or so we thought! This year, Dann surprised me by finding a new place; Katzentempel Koln, which is a vegan cat cafe, right in Cologne. I absolutely love cat cafes and have been to a few in London. You do not need to pre-book, so we went along in the afternoon during one of the days we were there.
