Lunch on the Bustronome Voyage Gourmand in London

[Ad- gifted experience] I had no idea that you could eat food while traveling on a bus in London, until Robin and I attended the Grinchmas afternoon tea bus last year. It turns out, there are a ton of these sort of tour a bus around London while having a full experience. The Bustronome experience takes you all around iconic landmarks in London, while serving very fancy looking French food! There is a four course lunch option as well as a six course dinner option, depending on what time of day you end up going.

The Veggie Cookbook – Pickled Cucumber and Tofu Glass Noodle Salad Recipe

[Ad- gifted product] We are huge fans of Higgidy and have tried out a bunch of their foods previously, so when they sent us The Veggie Cookbook, we were pretty excited to see what foods they had instore for us. This cookbook’s goal is to get people to experiment more with veggies and cook with more veggies. These meals are all vegetarian, but some play more as side dishes and others could easily have your swapping out tofu for chicken, for example. It’s a really flexible book that has a bunch of staples, bigger vegetable meals, and more.

Category Is: Cocktails – Drag Race Cocktail Recipes

[Ad- gifted product] Dann and I are a big Rupaul Drag Race fans, watching the series time and time again on WOW TV, where we have a subscription just to watch Drag Race after the series was removed from Netflix in the United Kingdom. When I heard there was a cocktail recipe book called Category Is: Cocktails, with Kim Chi on the front cover, I felt it was either going to be fantastic or terrible, with no in between.

Midweek Meal Inspo; Broccoli Cheddar Soup, Alfredo, Honey and Soy Chicken and more.

It’s been another week of different foods, and so we have another Midweek Meal Inspo! There are tons of different foods we’ve had from more hearty meals like cheddar soup and lighter meals like a huge salad. Kai helped out with the chicken alfredo this week too, which is always a nice surprise. Dann and I got a bunch of rice noodles, so you will likely be seeing more of them in the near future.

Harlow Chinese School Cooking Course – Buns, Soup and Pork

After discovering the Harlow Chinese School‘s cooking courses earlier this year, we were anxiously awaiting the next course to attend. As they are aiming to do this each and every month, we were prepared for March. The cooking course this time had a big variety of food; stuffed buns, flower buns, corn and chicken soup, and char siu pork. Unlike the last time we attended, some of the food that was being made was demonstrated only this time, but we really did get our fill of knowledge and food.
