Our newest Triyit Box

[Ad- gifted product] Previously, Dann has qualified for a Triyit Box, and now I have qualified for my own! If you are unfamiliar with Triyit, they are a taste testing club, really, who send out a bunch of new products for you to try. It’s free, but you do have to fill in a bunch of surveys on the different items you get. You can end up with food, animal treats, cleaning products, household products and more! Each of these boxes are tailored to what information you gave them when you signed up, which is why I qualified at a different time than Dann. It’s really fun to try new products, so Dann and I are always excited when we see one of these are coming! Let’s get into the products.

It’s Bananas! The Monkey Tail Game is hilarious fun

[Ad- gifted product] Our household is full of games and toys for our children to enjoy, away from screens. Our favorite types of games are the ones that Robin, Amelia and Kai can set up together and play, without much help from us, so that they can decide when they want to play and get right too it. It’s Bananas! The Monkey Tail Game is a pretty funny, easy to set up game that our kids can run themselves, easily.

Planning an Outdoor Brunch With Your Kids – What Do You Consider?

I have a lot of friends with young kids. In the past few years, we have all started to get more creative about socializing and spending time with our kids at the same time. Not only is this better for our schedules but it’s also a fun way to spend some time outside and in nature! Today I want to talk about how you can plan an outdoor brunch!

Age of Children

Attention Span: Does your child have the attention span to sit through an hour-long brunch? If not, consider breaking up the activities into segments. Also, be sure to keep track of how many times you have to repeat instructions for certain tasks or games.

Interests: What do your kids like to do? Is one more interested in sports than another? Is one more artistic than another? Consider providing activities that cater specifically to each child’s interests. If one loves art, provide paper and crayons; if one loves sports games, provide a soccer ball and/or frisbee; if both love art and sports games, provide paper and crayons as well as a soccer ball for two! You get the idea!

A Day Out at Aqua Splash Inflatable Assault Course

Over the summer break, we have been looking to go to all sorts of fun activities. After going onto a small inflatable assault course in our local swimming pool, we really wanted to try a bigger one, that even Robin could go on (as she didn’t make the height requirement for the swimming pool course). Due to Robin’s age and very short height, she’s not actually tall enough for most of these courses, however Aqua Splash in Sawbridgeworth had different rules, as long as an adult went around with her.
