A Day Out at Akvariet i Bergen – Bergen’s National Aquarium
I am a sucker for a good aquarium, and when asking locals what to do in Bergen, they suggested the national aquarium there. So, Dann and I went along to see what sea life we could spot there. You do enter Akvariet i Bergen through the gift shop, which is a little strange, but then you are presented with three, quite large, outdoor areas for animals. The first – and the one I was most excited about – was the penguins. I love penguins and Dann had never seen them before in real life, so we were in for a treat as they swam around, got quite close to us, and went about their day. These penguins were adorable, and it is so good to see they are out in open air, getting to experience weather.

You’re Going to Be a Dad! | Book Review
[Ad- gifted product]Â If you know me then I’m sure that you’ve probably already figured out that I am already a father, but recently the opportunity came up to have a look at the latest Daddilife Books title, You’re Going to Be a Dad!, and I jumped at it. I think it’s great that people have come together to create a resource like this, especially considering that there just aren’t that many resources out there for people at the moment.
In case you haven’t realised it yet, You’re Going to Be a Dad! is a book specifically designed with soon-to-be, and father’s to be, in mind. That said, it’s much more than a guide for a pregnancy partner. it covers the different stages of pregnancy regarding the development of the baby, the normal tasks associated with that period of pregnancy and it also covers terms, jargon and more, that might not be understood by those who aren’t carrying the baby themselves. It’s also specifically designed to take different cultures and religions in mind – it is clearly designed to be as accessible and approachable as it could be.

How to revamp your flooring on a budget
Much like your walls, your flooring is something you will always be looking at. They give your room specific vibes, and can be customised or changed to really change the feel of your room. There are lots of ways to re-do your flooring, but often it is seen as a very expensive action that is better left alone. In reality, there are plenty of different options to revamp your flooring in a way that will not break the bank. A lot of people begin by resetting the space with the award winning cleaning professionals at Sparkly Maid San Diego so their flooring updates look brighter and more intentional.

Wagamamas – Asian food inspired by Japan | Restaurant Review
[Ad- gifted experience] You know when you are just craving ramen, and you just want to eat some right then and there. Normally, when Dann and I go to Wagamamas, we order a bunch of little bites and split them, as you might notice from most of the places we go, but this time we wanted to get some tasty, tasty ramen! We both got a couple of small items, different ramens and a dessert. Wagamamas is an interesting restaurant, as everything just comes when it’s ready, but the food is always lovely.
