As the weather improves, we decided to start planting our grass for the My Fairy Garden toy. This innovative toy by Interplay is the first in their line of toys that combines nature and play, allowing children to grow different plants and grass while also having toys and decorations for their miniature land. One Recipe a Week has been continuing strong in our household! This time, we took a look at the Munchies Guide to Dinner. This cookbook is for people who are just learning how to cook. The first few pages talk about properly storing your food and the book itself is mainly basics like roasting a chicken, making your own salad dressing and cooking lasagna. Lots of these recipes are stuff most people know how to do, but we decided to take a look at Pork Schnitzel. This recipe had a goal, like most recipes in the book – specifically to learn how to bread various things. At the start of each recipe in the book, it states what your main takeaway is.

The Beastly Bogels has the same two characters as the previous book; Milo and his sister Mary, but this time Bogels are causing many issues for the family. Much like the previous Uh Oh Milo! book, these mythical creatures represent a negative behavior that the children need to learn to fix.
In our quest to find the best subscription box for cat owners, this month I tired out the Cattitude box, which had the theme Ohh Sweet Purrs – something food related, perfect for our household. Cattitude is a subscription box that doesn’t just focus on your furry friend but also has lots of lifestyle items that are all cat themed. I was really happy with this box all together – it’s a cute design, I love the monthly themes and I do feel the amount of items and quality of those items were well worth it! Let’s get into what was in the box.

As we have been organising our garden too, we decided to make some treats for the lovely birds that have been chirping in our front yard, in hopes that they will wander back to the back yard and play outside there.
