Try out Laser Quest at Flip Out Lakeside

I feel like Laser Quest is a bit of a hit and miss activity, but one that is aimed at teenagers and so, as parents of teenagers, we tend to find ourselves going to some arenas. We actually booked Laser Quest at Flip Out Lakeside as it was so near to us and we had never actually been before. Kai was pretty pumped, with Amelia and Robin being generally excited. The booking process was easy, however, as Flip Out is a trampoline park, it did mention we needed the trampoline socks for our Laser Quest game. Exploring Kentwell Hall Light Trail

Dann has been talking about Kentwell Hall for as long as I have known him. He went there in school, as some sort of tudor thing, and has always mentioned it when talking about school trips or interesting things at school, though he didn’t know it was Kentwell Hall, until we went there with Claire and her partner David, as a little double date out at light trails! Claire had picked out this location as she had seen the light trail and wanted to check it out. The light trail itself was very interesting!

Harlow Chinese School Cooking Course – Wonton Soup with Noodles

We have actually previously done a wonton course at the Harlow Chinese School, previously creating both fried and soup wontons. Exploring Warwick Castle Christmas Light Trail

Everyone wanted to go to another light trail, before they all disappeared, so we headed to Warwick Castle Christmas Light Trail, which is a very long light trail! There are a few different ticket options for this special event – you can add on going to the castle and add on light skating. We got tickets for the castle and added on the Christmas Light Trail, but will be showcasing the castle in another review. The light trail started as soon as it got dark, so we headed straight in!

Seeing all the toys at BlogOn Kids

I’ve been attending BlogOn events since 2021, when I found out about them, even writing up a guide on what to bring to Blogger events. Incase you didn’t know, BlogOn Kids is a unique blogger event where a bunch of children’s brands are brought into one venue, to show off their latest products. Unlike events like Toy Fair, children are encouraged to play with these toys and there are a bunch of activities set up for them, so that you can create content there while also networking with the marketing team members of these brands. You can get hands on and see if your child likes the various brands, which is always a fantastic experience.
