Butlin’s Skegness Easter Feat The Masked Singer

We are a big adventure family and love going on holidays and days out. As Kai and Amelia get older, its much easier to plan a holiday away then it is to find a bunch of events that work well for a 7 year old but also a 12 year old and 14 year old. A Day Out at Silence at the Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch

[Ad- gifted experience] Dann and I went along to see Silence at the Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch which is a powerful and emotional performance that features a collection of stories around the 1947 partition of India into West Pakistan and East Pakistan (now Bangladesh). These stories contain a lot of violence and trauma, which is why they often go untold, and these stories, coupled with not being taught in schools in Britain, have left a lot of this history to fade away. Silence has been adapted from Kavita Puri’s book Partition Voices: Untold British Stories.

Easter Trail at Parndon Wood Nature Reserve

Parndon Wood Nature Reserve doe shave a lot going on generally, from themed trails throughout the year, to crafting days, to night walks. We’ve previously been to their Christmas Trail last year, and often visit on the weekends, but hadn’t been to their Easter Trail.

Easter Adventures at Wimpole Estate

[Ad- gifted experience] Wimpole Estate is our absolute favorite National Trust place to visit, especially around the holidays as they are always putting on some sort of event. Easter at Wimpole Estate is a really affordable family day out, that you don’t even need to pre-book and can just drop by and attend if the weather is good! This Easter Trail does give you access to the whole estate, including the farm yard, walled garden, cafe and house!
