Peter Pan Light Trail in Krakow – Piotruś Pan – Ogród Świateł

Our family really loves light trails. We’ve gone to many light trails in England, as well as exploring some in other countries across the world. When I recently went to Krakow for a work trip, I saw a light trail and just had to check it out. The Peter Pan Light Trail in Krakow (called Piotruś Pan – Ogród Świateł) is primarily aimed at younger children, but that didn’t stop me from having a fantastic time.

A Day Out at Sucker Punch at the Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch

[Ad- gifted experience] I was lucky to be invited to Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch to watch the play Sucker Punch for Life with Jupiter and Dann. It’s a lovely modern building with a well stocked bar to grab a cold drink pre-show or during the interval. The auditorium itself was laid out so that all seats had a perfect view of the stage which made a refreshing change as this is not always the case for shows I have seen in London’s West End.

A Day Out to the Lindt Easter Trail at Hampton Court Palace

As Easter is basically here, we wanted to hit a few of the limited time Easter Trails – but at places we have not been before. When looking for new gardens and parks to explore, we found the Lindt Easter Trail at Hampton Court Palace. This is an Easter trail we have never been too, at a palace we have never been to either! This trail was actually really massive as well, as the Hampton Court Palace is a huge place, and there was so much to explore.

A Day Out at ThinAir Light Exhibition

Dann and I have been to quite a few different art galleries and pop up exhibitions, but ThinAir was something else completely. This exhibition is made of light and sound, creating shapes and feelings and emotions, from a number of different artists. It’s unlike anything either of us have ever experienced – the first few features themselves are well worth the ticket price, and it was just fantastic to get to walk around them all at our own pace!

A Day Out at Krakow Arcade Museum (Muzeum Gier Wideo)

Arcades are something that, as someone who works in the video game industry, always peak my interest. While in Krakow recently with my co-workers from my day job, we all had to check out the Krakow Arcade Museum (Muzeum Gier Wideo in Polish), which is the largest arcade in all of the country with a total of 150 machines there – a huge collection. As this place did have the name of Museum in it but also said it was an interactive arcade, I was curious as to what it would be like. Museums in my mind are often containing things behind glass, that you can only really look at and learn about.
