Hatter’s Farm Pumpkin Nights has neon pumpkins!

[Ad- gifted experience] Hatter’s Farm invited us back for the Pumpkin Nights, after going to their general pumpkin patch when it first opened at the start of October. This is their second year of Pumpkin Nights and it felt even better than last. Pumpkin Nights have a lot of things that are available during the day; food stands, the corn maze, and the pumpkin cannon, with a few fun additions for the evening time.

We have already been to Hatter’s Farm this year, picking our pumpkins and doing the pumpkin cannon, so we were planning on heading straight to the pumpkin walks. However, the pumpkin art area, all full of light, really felt magical! They had added twinkly lights above everything, and the giant jack-o-lantern was bellowing with smoke. So, we decided to have a walk around this area and see how everything looked in the darkness. I do feel like Hatter’s Farm Pumpkin Nights did a fantastic job of lighting up features and making everything seem interesting!

After our explore, we headed down the walk towards the pumpkin trails. This walk has quotes above about a world of pure imagination, with the song playing on speakers. There were a few places that had bubble machines going that blew bubbles filled with smoke. There were so many children stopping to pop them – Robin included – before we made it to the entrance to the first walk. Last year, their walk was just the neon pumpkins, but this year they had a light up trail closer to a Christmas walk that was fantastic! We really loved the jack-o-lanterns hanging from trees and just how magical it all felt.

Then, walking forward, we made it to the neon pumpkin trail. Kai, Amelia and Robin all loved taking pictures of the neon pumpkins and seeing how their outfits glowed. We really do love how different and unique this feels – it’s such a fantastic walk, which spits you out at a large, light up pumpkin field so you can pick your own pumpkins. We walked back down to the main area, picked up some donuts, and hung out by the fire for a little bit to eat them, before we headed home.

If you hadn’t been during the days, you might be interested in their Alice in Wonderland themed indoor walk or toasting marshmallows, but we had done those already in the day. It was nice to see the live music that ways playing in the food area, which was a vibe and is why we stayed by the fires to eat our donuts, listening for a little bit. It’s such a great evening event for the whole family.
