[Ad – Gifted Products] LUSH aims to be very conscious of their own environmental impact, which rings true in many of their products. However, from time to time, they also start to take stands that make a difference with the world. Their newest fundraising product is the Resilient Bath Bomb, which aims at highlighting the constitutional crisis taking place in the courts within the UK.

This bath bomb is raising money and highlighting the fact that more peaceful protesters are being arrested within the UK, given unfair trials and being sentenced to lengthy prison time. Judges have been banning activists from disclosing the reasons behind their actions to their jury, which continues to make the entire process unbalanced. The Resilient bath bomb is a Giving Product, meaning that 75% of the sale price (minus tax) is donated to Defend Our Juries, to support their work defending citizens right to protest and right to a fair trial. Their goals is to make sure everyone knows their rights when on a jury, to expose the corruption of democracy and the rule of law, and to protect the right to protest while educating the public on their legal rights.

This is all truly a worthy cause! The bath bomb itself is blue and purple, with course sea salt all throughout it. This sea salt, for someone like me who likes crushing bits of the bath bomb in my hand, was a bit sharp. They do melt in your bath though! It’s got a big citrus kick with both grapefruit oil and lemon oil, along with notes of vanilla to balance it out. The Resilient bath bomb did a great job of foaming and fizzing, before turning my bath a purple color. My skin felt great afterwards! The Resilient Bath Bomb is well made, with a great scent and fun pops of salt, all for a very good cause.
